What is the First Step?
      The first step in working with us would be to meet John Konsor for an initial interactive consultation session. During that session we will gather information so we can specifically define your ideal home. You, the homebuyer are a critical part of every aspect of the design and development process. Therefore, we work in partnership with you and involve you in every level of the process.

      We will discuss every aspect of what you are looking for in a home – from number of bedrooms to setting to style. Working in partnership with you, we will identify, analyze and prioritize what it is that you want and need. The information gathered during this session will serve as the basis for your new home design.
